Who you are is not what matters. What matters is who you want to be.

Come as you are. With a clear question, with a knot in your stomach, or simply with the feeling that it can't go on like this. We'll find the rest together.

How I can support you

What brings people to me.

Questions about work, love, children, their own body. A crisis that turns everything upside down. Or the quiet sense that there is more. Every question is welcome. Even the one you don't have words for yet.

01

Psychological counselling

"I have everything. So why does it still feel wrong?"

For turning points, decisions, exhaustion and patterns that keep repeating. We take an honest look and sort out what is holding you in place.

What you take with you

  • Clarity about what is really on your mind
  • An understanding of your patterns
  • A next step you can actually take

Individual · online, at your place or in a practice

02

Work and leadership

"I lead others. But who is leading me?"

For conflicts in the team, questions about leadership, a fresh start at work, or the question of whether your job still fits you. This is where my twenty-plus years in organisations come in.

What you take with you

  • Clarity about your role and your impact
  • An understanding of the dynamics in your team
  • A decision that fits you

Individual · online or in person

03

Couples counselling

"Why do we keep ending up in the same fight?"

When conversations go round in circles, closeness becomes difficult or a decision is due. I listen to both of you.

What you take with you

  • An understanding of what is going on between you
  • Words for what you both need
  • A shared direction, or clarity if there isn't one

Together or alone · 60 or 90 minutes

04

Children, teens and parents

"How do I reach my child again?"

For children and teenagers who don't know how to go on right now. And for parents who want to understand and support their child better. Alone, together or as a whole family.

What you take with you

  • A child who feels seen
  • Parents who find their way back in
  • Concrete ideas for everyday life at home

For minors, always with parental consent

05

Body-centred support

"I understand everything. But my body won't play along."

What we live through is stored not only in the mind, but also in the body. In trauma-informed work we gently go where memories sit: through breath, awareness and movement.

What you take with you

  • A finer sense for your body's signals
  • Ways to calm yourself
  • A feeling of being held that you can practise

In person · at your pace

06

Sensitivity and soul

"There is more than my head can explain."

For people who feel a lot, often too much. And for everyone who wants to bring the soul to the table, too. Here I bring in my own sensitivity.

What you take with you

  • Your sensitivity as a strength, not a burden
  • More trust in your intuition
  • Room for the question of meaning

Individual · online or in person

07

Crisis support

"I need someone. Now."

When nothing works anymore. Write to me, even if we don't know each other yet.

What you take with you

  • Someone who is there right now
  • Support for the next hours and days
  • Clarity about what kind of help you need

WhatsApp or Telegram · in acute danger call 144 or 143 immediately

How I work

No template. And still a clear path.

With me, it's not about one single method. I don't squeeze you into a scheme. Before we begin, I empty myself. Then I look at you: you, your story, your situation, exactly as it is today. And I mix whatever this moment needs.

And yet there is a common thread. Out of more than twenty years with people in change, out of psychology, trauma work and body work, and out of my own path through many identities, my own method has grown over time: Identity Redesign.

What you take with you

  • Clarity about where you stand and what carries you
  • A sense of who you want to be
  • An understanding of why you react the way you do
  • A next step: small, concrete, yours
  • Decisions you make for yourself again

How I look at things

More than twenty years of transformation work with people and organisations have sharpened my eye. I recognise the dynamics that play out in private life just as they do in teams and companies. Power structures, roles, patterns that repeat: often they are the very same ones that show up in families and relationships. I see them quickly and make them visible, so you can change them. Because they are the same patterns, the same fears, the same longings. Nobody leaves themselves at the door in the morning. That's why we look at the whole: at you, in private and at work. What loosens in one place has an effect everywhere.

Systemic

Nobody lives alone. You are part of systems: family, partnership, team, company. I look at what is at work between people: roles, loyalties, unspoken rules.

Holistic

Mind, body, relationships, work, finances and soul are connected. That's why I look at everything, not just the symptom.

Process-oriented

I follow what shows up, not a rigid plan. Whatever surfaces in the session gets space.

My method

Identity Redesign

Why Identity Redesign?

Nobody comes into the world with a finished identity. We are shaped by our surroundings: by places, cultures and living conditions. By people like parents, teachers, friends and bosses. By what we were praised for, and by what we were ashamed of. Out of this, labels are born. "I'm the strong one." "I can't do that." "That's just how I am." Some of them carry us. Others keep us small. And at some point we believe: this is me.

This identity is your greatest work of art. And your most comfortable prison.

Because at some point it no longer fits. It gets tight. You no longer want to be the way others see you. Or the way you have seen yourself for a long time. You feel it: it's time to move on.

Then something old has to go, so that something new can come. Not you as a whole, only parts of you. And still, in the body it often feels like dying. That's why so many stay with the familiar, even when it has been pinching for a long time.

Identity Redesign is the path through exactly this transition. We look at which parts carry you and which ones may go. We find out who you want to be and how that feels. And step by step we build the identity that fits you.

One day you look back and notice: I'm here. I have changed. Then you may arrive, breathe out, enjoy it, for as long as you like. Until you feel there is more. Then the circle begins again. Not higher. Not better. Simply more of you. Simply real.

Frequently asked

What you might want to know.

How is this different from psychotherapy?

I support people through turning points, crises and change. I don't make diagnoses and I don't treat mental illness. If I notice that you need medical or psychotherapeutic help, I'll tell you openly and help you find the right place.

Do we have to go into my past?

No. We always start in the now. Sometimes a look back explains a great deal, and then we go there. But only if it helps you and you want to.

How many sessions will I need?

That varies a lot. Sometimes one session on where you stand is enough to see clearly. Sometimes we work together over a few months. After every session, you decide whether and when we continue.

Why do you sometimes recommend a blood test?

Because tiredness, low mood or restlessness sometimes have purely physical causes, for example too little iron, magnesium or vitamin D. If the body is missing something, even the best conversation only helps halfway. Your doctor does the blood test. I look with you at what fits into your everyday life.

Does this work online?

Yes, very well in fact. Body-centred work with touch naturally takes place in person.

What does touch mean in body-centred work?

Touch is always voluntary and has a clear purpose: feeling held, experiencing safety, accompanying a memory in the body. For example holding a hand, or a hand on your shoulder or back. You stay clothed. I ask you before I touch you.

What happens to what I tell you?

I am bound by confidentiality. Everything you share stays with me. Unless you release me from it in writing. I follow the ethical guidelines of the BSO and handle your data with care.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Sessions are possible in German and English.

About me

I know the way. The dark stretches too.

I was a child who felt too much, thought too much, saw too much. I learned early to make myself small and to switch identities in order to survive. Later I wore so many masks that I no longer knew who was underneath. Until nothing worked anymore and only one question remained: Who am I when everything else falls away?

Today I see patterns others overlook, and I make complex things understandable. I ask the questions others avoid. And I create spaces in which change is not only understood, but felt.

I am highly intuitive, uncompromisingly honest and warm-hearted. I laugh a lot — mostly at myself. What drives me: watching people grow beyond themselves. I feel at home wherever I am — preferably outdoors: on the water, on quiet paths, in a still bay with nothing but sea and sky.

My goal is not for you to need me for a long time. My goal is for you to be free.

Ready?

Let's simply begin.
