Privacy policy
This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.
In short: no cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools. What you entrust to me in our sessions stays with me.

2. Principle
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We only process what is needed for the respective purpose, and we do not sell data.
3. Visiting this website
No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services.
Browser storage. The website remembers locally in your browser whether you have closed the privacy notice and the notice about the free sample. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it in your browser at any time.
Server log files. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically stores technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page visited and the browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely. This data is deleted after a short time. Hosting: Netlify, Inc., USA. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.
Fonts. The fonts are stored on our own server. No data is sent to Google or any other font provider.
4. Contact by email, WhatsApp or Telegram
When you write to me, I use your details only to answer your request and to organise our sessions. The privacy policies of the respective providers also apply to the messengers. For very personal content, I recommend a personal conversation.
5. Booking
You book appointments via our booking calendar on hub.valueup.ch. It runs on an external provider (Wix) with its own privacy policy. We only receive the details you enter there and use them for your appointment. If you pay when booking, the payment is processed by Wix Payments or PayPal. We do not see your card or account details.
6. Data from our sessions
In our sessions I often learn very personal things, sometimes including information about health or family. This is sensitive personal data. I am bound by confidentiality. Everything you share stays with me, unless you release me from it in writing.
I keep session notes protected, and only for as long as needed for our work or required by law. I do not pass them on.
7. Workbook and invoices
When you pay for the workbook or a session, we use your name, contact details and payment details for invoicing and accounting. We keep this data for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can request information about your data at any time, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. Write to contact@tinamariawetzold.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
9. Changes
We adapt this policy when something changes. The current version on this website applies.
